Dr. Sarah Les earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic when she graduated with honours from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California where she gave the valedictorian address to her classmates.
Dr. Les’ practice incorporates patient-centered, evidenced based approaches for treating the musculoskeletal system. She has additional specialization in Pregnancy/Prenatal & Postpartum rehab/care, Nerve Related Disorders, Tool Assisted Therapy, Cupping Therapy, K-Tape and Muscle Release Therapy. Dr. Les also incorporates stretching and strengthening exercises in office and at home to facilitate recovery. Along with these skills, Dr. Les has a diverse scope of expertise treating a wide range of conditions from neck, back and extremity pain to TMJ and headaches.

Originally from Saskatchewan, Dr. Kristin Hudy graduated from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon in 2023 with her Doctor of Chiropractic and her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. Prior to obtaining her education at the University of Western States, Dr. Hudy attended the University of Regina where she received her bachelor in Kinesiology in Human Kinetics. Her education has furthered her passion for helping others to achieve their optimal state of health and wellness.
Dr. Hudy is a former national level competitive cheerleader and now enjoys activities such as hiking, cycling, trail running, and paddle boarding.
Her clinical approach includes patient-centered care using a variety of treatment options including joint mobilization and manipulation (adjustments), exercise therapy, soft-tissue treatments, and patient education. Dr. Hudy works hard to remain current with the most recent advances in scientific research so she can offer the best possible care to her patients.
Her goal is always to get you back to doing the activities you love!
Dr. Kristin Hudy | Chiropractor
Chris Les | BKin, Physiotherapist & Co-Owner
Chris graduated from the University of British Columbia (UBC) with his Master’s Degree of Physiotherapy in 2015.
Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, Chris completed his Bachelor Degree of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley, and briefly worked as a Kinesiologist, developing exercise programs for specific injuries, as well as working in work-injury related programs.
He also completed his Certified Personal Training Certificate (CSEP-CPT) while studying Kinesiology. Since Graduating from UBC, Chris has been pursuing continuing education with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (CAMPT), focusing on manual and exercise based therapy. He has also taken a special interest in Functional Dry Needling (FDN), and how it can be used in adjunct with specific exercises to decrease pain and restore function. He has recently completed his Level 2 Dry Needling Certificate with Kinetacore.
Josh Ancheta | Physiotherapist
Josh completed his Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of British Columbia after completing his Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at the University of the Fraser Valley. Growing up in the valley, he has a passion for serving within his community. Currently, he is on UBC’s Master of Physical Therapy advisory committee for the new Fraser Valley cohort.
Josh believes in a well-rounded approach to physiotherapy which includes movement, education, and collaboration in order to achieve the best long term outcomes for his patients.
He believes that empowering his patients to be involved in their care is the cornerstone of a successful therapeutic relationship.
Josh’s experience includes working with a wide variety of patients across all ages, with various musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and neurological conditions. When he’s not in the clinic, Josh can be found on the basketball court, or out in the community exploring new restaurants in the never-ending search to find the best pizza this province has to offer.
Rob Harris | Physiotherapist
Rob completed his BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy at Coventry University (UK) in 1996 and later completed his Post-Graduate MSc in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He began working in the National Health Service in 1996 and worked at several large Hospitals within the West Midlands region of England. The entirety of his work was within the field of musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He eventually progressed to attain the role of Clinical Specialist and Extended Scope Physiotherapist prior to leaving the the UK.
Rob has extensive experience and knowledge in a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He enjoys treating individuals from all walks of life with different complaints; from Weekend Warriors to the individual who wishes simply to be able to walk their Dog. Rob has always enjoyed the interpersonal aspect of his work and enjoys working today as much as he did 25 years ago (but admits to having more wrinkles and having much less hair now)
Rob believes in the importance of a good initial assessment and diagnosis. He believes it important that the individual understands their problem and the aim of the treatment. He strives to empower the patient/client to adopt an active part in their rehabilitation and incorporates specific home exercise/advice as much as possible. Alongside this, he also incorporates hands-on work and IMS/Dry Needling where indicated.
Rob is the proud father of 3 Boys. In his spare time, Rob confesses to being a Gym Rat and is a passionate Hiker, and regularly explores the many trails and old logging roads in the Fraser Valley (he has a particular interest in complaints related to these activities).
Frankie Fox | Physiotherapist
Frankie completed his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree at the University of British Columbia, following the completion of his Bachelor of Kinesiology (B.Kin) degree at the University of the Fraser Valley.
Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, Frankie worked as a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) and Powerlifting Coach in the Chilliwack community over the course of 6 years, building an extensive knowledge base in the Strength & Conditioning field.
Frankie believes in a patient-centered, evidence based approach to clinical practice, utilizing a variety of methods including education and movement-based treatment. He believes strongly in providing tools and guidance to patients for self-management in order to get them back to doing what they love.
When he's not in the clinic, Frankie can be found engaging in a range of activities including weightlifting, hiking, biking, running, and snowboarding in the winter months.
Katy Bergen | BKin, Athletic Therapist
Katy is Cascade's very own Kinesiologist and Athletic Therapist. She is a member of both the BC association of Kinesiologist's and Canadian Athletic Therapy Association. Looking to hone her rehabilitation and therapy techniques, Katy entered into MRU's renowned Athletic Therapy program. During that time, she was able to develop her sport- specific training and rehabilitation skills, travelling across Canada with The University of Calgary's nationally ranked Dino's basketball team. Katy is passionate about achieving results, so that clients can feel safe returning to sport, work and daily living activities.
Katy covers our exercise rehabilitation and prescription; strength and conditioning and sport specific training, concussion rehabilitation; acute and chronic injury management, post-operative rehabilitation and instrument assisted soft tissue release. She works with a variety of patients from 12-85 years of age, and all walks of life including athletes, first responders and pre/ post operative clients.
Simone Blagodarov | Registered Massage Therapist
Simone graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in Manitoba. Her osteopathic-based approach to the body involves specific assessment and treatment of the musculoskeletal system. Once an assessment of the musculoskeletal dysfunction has been gained, she then utilizes various massage therapy techniques tailored to the dysfunction.
Simone is also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor where she instructs parents over a five-week period on how to massage their infants - for the purpose of promoting nurturing touch and bonding.
Taylor Logan | Registered Massage Therapist
Taylor recently completed her education at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster.
Taylor is passionate about sports, science and the functionality of the human body. Her curiosity deepened while in the Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program in Costa Rica, specifically on the physical, emotional and spiritual interconnection in the human body. This learning sparked her interest to complete the RMT program and further her understanding of anatomy, techniques to help decrease tension, and ways to treat acute and chronic pain.
The therapeutic technique she follows incorporates a thorough assessment and specific treatment — Taylor is passionate about working together with patients, personalizing a home care plan that can assist and support them in-between visits.
Grace Lamb | Registered Massage Therapist
Grace completed her education and graduated from the CDI South Surrey College of Massage Therapy in May of 2024.
Grace is a passionate advocate for the health and wellness of her patients as well as having a deep curiosity and understanding of the human body and what works best to help each of her patients individual needs in order to help them on their wellness journey.
In her approach to treatment, she emphasizes attentive listening in order to tailor her therapeutic plans best for each individuals personal needs towards optimal health and recovery. She utilizes a range of techniques including Swedish Massage, Deep tissue, Myofascial Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilizations and Muscle Energy Techniques.
Grace believes strongly in developing patient-centered programs that best suite each patient and looks forward to meeting you and being apart of your health and wellness journey.
